An unusal oasis in the area.
Debbie Trowsdale tests the water in this unusally deep and large spring-fed pool near Fletcher Springs, NV, circa 1997..



This was the largest town in Nevada in the 1860's. There are many things to see here even today.========>

Most of these areas are far enough where camping out, or making do for overnight stays, is the way to travel..

Bill says he was told this used to be the Aurora Bank..==========>
Unfortunately the many buildings that were brick were dismantled for their valuable materials, and carried off, over the years.

A family who came to care for the burial grounds told Bill Trowsdale that they came on their holidays, as they had relatives who used to live in Aurora.
