to you immediately, by the U.S. Post Office.
The book(s) must be hand carried to the post office.
Parcels over 12 ounces must be handed to the postal clerk at the counter.

The U.S. Post Office has changed its Book Postage Rates, AGAIN !!!!
Only packages over one pound qualify for their new "BOUND PRINTED MATTER" rates, which are higher than the old 4th class rates.
Book Prices do not include Mailing & Packaging Charges.
Prices do not include Shipping & Handling Charges
which are $ 4.00 per softbound book. The book is mailed 4th class-Book Rate,
which takes 9 to 12 days. Mailing by Priority Mail is $2.50, added to the S & H price,
for a single soft-bound book. This rate delivers in 3 to 4 days.
Large Format books are $1.00 additonal due to the more expensive packaging that is required.
Hardbound books are $7.00 for Packaging & Mailing.
Mailing by Priority Mail is up $2.50 more, UP TO TWO POUNDS, over 2 pounds the Priority rate charge is dependent on the part of the country you're in. The minimum is $2.50 added to the initial S&H charge & added to the book's price.
